Yes, all our timepieces are genuine. There are a number of tests and processes in place to to ensure every watch offered for sale is authentic (and described with its unique features if any). We do not want to get involved with complete 'Frankenstein' or worse counterfeit watches, but as usual acknowledge that replacement parts may have been used (e.g. during servicing, particularly in vintage models).

To maintain accountability, when we buy a watch or take it in as trade, we also require full disclosure and collect personal details including ID in order to be able to take regress should the need arise. And of course, if for any unforeseen reason, there is an issue with regards to authenticity in the future, please get in contact with us.

We stand behind our watches and are confident to offer great products at very competitive prices. At this time we cannot yet offer a guarantee for free servicing, however there are 2 options to take advantage from:

1) Free returns within 14 days (no questions asked, customer to pay shipping)

2) Buy back the watch within 3 months in same condition at min. 75% of sale price

Absolutely, we deliver our timepieces worldwide with insured courier. And to top it all off, the shipping fee is free of charge (already included in the sale price!).

Please note for security purposes we video tape the process of packaging and take details such as weight and pictures of the final parcel and kindly ask you to do the same upon receipt. This is to protect both parties against disputes and future claims (or worse any scams).

For security purposes we only accept cash payments up to a value of CHF 1,000.00 per watch (and we always wait for funds to be cleared before delivering the item). Everything above will need to be paid by debit/credit card or online transfer. The same applies when we buy watches where we only operate with bank transfers.

Please note that we retain the right to not complete respectively unwind a transaction if we have reason to belief of any suspicious behaviour.

A small selection of our watches are displayed in our shop collaboration with @ALPA Concept in the old town of Rapperswil. However, we secure the collection in a bank vault off premises and therefore, if you are looking for a specific piece, please get in touch prior to your visit so we can make sure to have it available physically in stock.

Furthermore, we offer to meet up in person surrounding the area of the Lake of Zurich (or indeed all over Switzerland for more valuable watches).
